Isobel has grown up (literally) at HR180

After joining us in 2009 as an intern, she very quickly forged an outstanding and rapid career. She is definitely a bit of a smarty pants 🧠 and over the years has contributed hugely to our success.

Isobel is passionate about SMEs

And she has performed many roles here including HR Partner. After choosing some non-client-facing roles after the birth of her children 👶🏼, Isobel stepped back into the fray of operational HR in 2020. She has experience in all areas of employee relations and matters relating to disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability, redundancy and investigations 🔎.  Her client portfolio spans a large range of industries and businesses including the 3rd sector.

A hands-on and empathic approach

She is all over her clients’ needs and thrives in a fast-paced environment ⏱️(given that this is all she has ever known!). She is renowned for being able to communicate the right amount of empathy and balance that with professionalism and business acumen.

Outside of being a superhero?

Isobel is mum to two children and two stepchildren. Isobel is a keen baker 🧁 and often brings her delicious homemade goodies to our office for us to try. That’s right, she is kind, clever and can bake.
